While the staff was helpful, some issues with room maintenance were noted that could be improved.

The location is great and stunning, it's in Florence Historic Centre district so close to one of the best square in the city, the most-desired tourist locations and gardens. Thanks for the stay this time - would go back in flash.

The elegant decor and comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast impressed with variety, including fresh pastries and fruits. The staff were very good, helping arrange an lovely local winery tour. Proximity to the river provided lovely strolls in the evening.

The room was big size, with smoke detectors and excellent views over gardens. The facilities were beautiful and the beds were newly renovated.

My kids wished there were more activities available for them on-site.

Delicious and extensive breakfast options with cheese, complementary Prosecco and also salami. Quick check-in, nicely decorated and well-kept room with super comfortable bed and a full size refrigerator and great shower. Unbeatable and nice location, close to a minor basilica, loved this place.
